Cancellation Policy
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel or modify your reservation. To ensure a smooth process, please review our cancellation policy below:
Deposit Requirement
A deposit of 50% is required to secure your reservation. This deposit will be applied toward the total cost of the event.
Notice Period for Cancellations
- • 14 Days or More Before the Event: Full refund of the deposit paid.
- • 8 to 13 Days Before the Event: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total estimated cost, including the deposit, will apply.
- • 7 Days or Less Before the Event: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total estimated cost, including the deposit, will apply.
Modification of Booking
Changes to the date, time, or number of guests must be made at least 10 days in advance to avoid any penalties. Modifications made within 9 days may incur additional charges based on availability and logistical requirements.
